  • 1 cup quinoa uncooked
  • 2 cups water or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 cup edamame cooked
Peanut Sauce
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Method
