- Cook pancetta in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter and olive oil to the skillet. Sauté diced pears for 3–4 minutes until golden and tender.
- Stir in peas and cook 3–5 minutes until heated through and bright green.
- Season with thyme, salt, pepper, and honey if desired. Stir in crisp pancetta.
- Finish with lemon juice before serving and toss gently.
Notes
Serve warm as a side dish to turkey, ham, or roasted vegetables. Add toasted nuts for extra crunch.
