  • 20 Medjool dates pitted
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup goat cheese optional
  • 0.25 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Slice dates open and remove pits.
  3. Mix cream cheese and goat cheese until smooth.
  4. Fill each date with cheese mixture.
  5. Top with chopped nuts.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, add salt.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until warm and caramelized.
  8. Serve warm with optional thyme garnish.
