Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Chocolate Topping
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • 9x13 pan
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Beat softened butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
  3. Press peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Spread melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Chill for 2–3 hours until firm, then slice and serve.

Notes

For best slicing results, warm the knife slightly before cutting.
