Method
- Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Beat softened butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
- Press peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill for 2–3 hours until firm, then slice and serve.
Notes
For best slicing results, warm the knife slightly before cutting.
