Crust
  • 1 medium cauliflower head riced
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook riced cauliflower in microwave for 5 minutes, then cool slightly.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture using a towel.
  4. Mix cauliflower with egg, cheeses, and seasonings.
  5. Press mixture into a thin pizza crust shape.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
  7. Add toppings and bake another 8–10 minutes.
