Method
- Pat pork cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and chili flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and add butter to the skillet.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return pork to skillet and toss in garlic butter sauce.
- Add lemon juice and honey if using, mix well.
- Top with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Do not overcrowd pan for best sear. Fresh garlic gives best flavor.
