Mousse
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chopped
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream cold

Method
 

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate gently until smooth and let cool slightly.
  2. Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold one-third of the whipped cream into the chocolate to lighten it.
