Cocktail
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup
  • ice cubes
  • lemon twist for garnish

  • Rocks glass

Method
 

  1. Combine honey and warm water to make honey syrup and let cool.
  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup into a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by modifying honey syrup. Always use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
