Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in oats and blueberries gently.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes.
- Cool on rack before serving.
Notes
Chilling dough ensures thick cookies. Use frozen blueberries straight from freezer.
