- Brew espresso and allow it to cool completely.
- Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until fluffy.
- Quickly dip ladyfinger pieces into espresso mixture.
- Layer soaked cookies and mascarpone cream inside shot glasses.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
