Rice
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
Salsa
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Cook rice until fluffy and set aside.
  2. Mix mango salsa ingredients and chill.
