  • 2 peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup orange juice optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare peaches by peeling and slicing them.
  2. Add peaches, banana, and coconut milk to a blender.
  3. Pour in orange juice and vanilla extract.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Add shredded coconut and ice cubes.
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Adjust consistency if needed and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker smoothie and adjust sweetness to taste.
