- Puree fresh strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- In a pitcher, combine strawberry puree, rum, coconut water, and simple syrup. Stir well.
- Add optional lime juice or soda if desired.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve over ice in glasses, garnish with sliced strawberries and mint.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with extra coconut water or sparkling water. Serve immediately for best flavor.
