- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until just combined.
- Fill liners and bake 18–20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Prepare strawberry buttercream by beating butter, powdered sugar, puree, and vanilla.
- Prepare mango buttercream similarly.
- Pipe both buttercreams together to create sunset swirl and serve.
Notes
Ensure fruit purees are thick to avoid runny frosting.
