Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Quick and easy sliders made with leftover turkey, cranberry sauce, and melted cheese on soft rolls — the perfect way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider rolls Hawaiian or brioche
  • 2 cups cooked turkey sliced or shredded
  • 0.75 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese or provolone
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Basting brush
  • Mixing bowl
  • Aluminum foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking dish with parchment or grease lightly.
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in dish.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over roll bottoms, then layer with turkey and cheese.
  4. Place roll tops on and set aside.
  5. Whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and poppy seeds together. Brush over tops.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese melted.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking. Great for parties or quick snacks.
