Turtle Lasagna Dessert

A no-bake layered dessert with Oreo crust, cream cheese filling, chocolate pudding, whipped topping, caramel, pecans, and chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 36 cookies Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 oz whipped topping half of 12 oz tub
Chocolate Pudding Layer
  • 7.8 oz instant chocolate pudding mix two 3.9 oz boxes
  • 3 cups cold milk
Topping
  • 6 oz whipped topping remaining half tub
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup chocolate syrup

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking dish
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 baking dish to form crust. Chill 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, then fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over pudding layer.
  5. Top with chocolate chips, pecans, caramel sauce, and chocolate syrup.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best results. Toast pecans for richer flavor.
