- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until the tzatziki dressing is creamy and well combined.
- Add cooked chicken, red onion, and feta cheese to the bowl.
- Gently stir until the chicken is evenly coated with dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled with pita bread, greens, or lettuce wraps.
