- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake bacon on parchment-lined sheet 12–15 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Brush hot dogs with melted butter and grill 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Split buns, brush with butter, and toast 1–2 minutes on the grill.
- Place hot dogs in buns, top with bacon and shredded cheddar.
- Melt cheese on the grill for 1–2 minutes or under a broiler.
- Drizzle BBQ glaze over each dog and garnish as desired.
- Serve immediately with favorite sides.
