Method
- Divide ground beef into 12 portions; form into thin mini patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties 2–3 minutes per side in a skillet or on a grill until browned and cooked through.
- Lightly toast mini buns for extra texture.
- Spread special sauce on bottom bun, layer with patty, cheddar, lettuce, and pickle. Top with other bun half.
- Repeat for all sliders and serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: add toothpicks to hold sliders together. Serve with fries or dipping sauces.
