Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Filling
  • 1 cup dates chopped
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Biscoff Layer
  • 0.75 cup Biscoff spread
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup cream
  • 0.5 cup Biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk and sugar.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Prepare sticky toffee filling.
  5. Roll dough and spread filling and Biscoff.
  6. Slice into rolls and arrange in pan.
  7. Let rise again, then bake until golden.
  8. Prepare sauce and pour over warm rolls.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture and flavor.
