- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
- Spread batter evenly and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Roll warm cake in towel and cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Fill, re-roll cake, and prepare ganache.
- Frost with ganache, texture, chill, and serve.
