  • 2 cups chocolate cake cubes
  • 0.5 cup chocolate syrup
Chocolate Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Filling
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
Toppings
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs
  • 0.5 cup chocolate shavings
  • 0.5 cup crushed cookies

Method
 

  1. Cut chocolate cake into cubes and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  2. Whip cream with cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Mix mascarpone with sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer cake cubes in a trifle bowl.
  5. Add chocolate cream layer evenly.
  6. Add mascarpone cream layer.
  7. Repeat layers until bowl is full.
  8. Top with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate eggs and shavings.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
