Ingredients
  

Mango Base
  • 2 cups fresh mango chunks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup cold water or milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Cream Cheese Foam
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Blend mango chunks, sugar, water or milk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and pour mango mixture over ice.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add cream, milk, vanilla, and salt, then whip until light and airy.
  5. Spoon cream cheese foam over mango drink.
  6. Garnish with mango cubes and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and serve immediately for best texture.
