Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 0.5 cup strawberry sauce
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Mix strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, let sit 10–15 minutes.
  2. Add crushed cookies to bottom of serving glass.
  3. Layer with vanilla ice cream.
  4. Add strawberries and drizzle sauce.
  5. Repeat layers once more.
  6. Top with whipped cream and toppings.
  7. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use chilled glasses for best results and serve immediately.
