Ingredients
  

Cookie Crust
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Creamy Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream
Fruit & Decorations
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup mandarin oranges peeled and sectioned
  • 0.5 cup black grapes halved
  • edible stars or candy optional
  • shredded coconut for sand effect
  • blueberry or raspberry glaze optional for waves

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. Press evenly into the prepared pizza pan.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden at the edges. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  7. Spread the creamy base evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  8. Arrange fruits on top in a sea-themed design. Add edible stars, shredded coconut, or glaze for decoration.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Best served fresh for vibrant fruit colors. Avoid freezing after adding fruit.
