- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. Press evenly into the prepared pizza pan.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden at the edges. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread the creamy base evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange fruits on top in a sea-themed design. Add edible stars, shredded coconut, or glaze for decoration.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Best served fresh for vibrant fruit colors. Avoid freezing after adding fruit.
