Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan. Bake 8 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and chai spices. Pour filling over crust.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until edges set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then chill at least 3 hours before slicing into bars.
Notes
Dust with cinnamon before serving. Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
