Ingredients
  

Buttercream
  • 1 cup vegan butter softened
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp culinary lavender
  • 2-3 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Warm plant milk and steep lavender for 10–15 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. Beat softened vegan butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing.
  4. Add lavender milk, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Adjust consistency with more sugar or milk as needed.
  6. Use immediately or store until ready to frost desserts.

Notes

Use culinary-grade lavender only. Re-whip after refrigeration for best texture.
