Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup powdered erythritol
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
  5. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Do not overbake for best fudgy texture. Brownies firm up as they cool.
