Ingredients
  

Cocktail
  • 1 cup dragon fruit flesh cubed
  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz orange liqueur such as triple sec
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tsp agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Garnish
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp pink salt for rim
  • 2 slices dragon fruit optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and dip it into pink salt.
  2. Add dragon fruit cubes, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Pour the margarita into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with lime wedge and dragon fruit slice before serving.

Notes

Use pink dragon fruit for the most vibrant color. Adjust sweetness depending on fruit ripeness.
