- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Scoop clusters onto parchment-lined tray and freeze 1–2 hours until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate and return to tray.
- Freeze 10–15 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve frozen.
Notes
Keep stored in freezer. Use thick yogurt for best texture.
