Ingredients
  

Drink Base
  • 1 cup cola chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Fluffy Cream Topping
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream optional topping
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder or chocolate syrup optional garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Serving glasses
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
  2. Pour chilled cola into the glasses leaving space at the top.
  3. In a bowl whip heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Spoon the whipped foam carefully onto the cola surface.
  5. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder or chocolate syrup if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy.

Notes

Use cold cola for best fizz. Soft whipped cream works best for the fluffy layer.
