Whipped Feta
  • 8 oz feta cheese block, not crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
Roasted Strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss strawberries with olive oil, honey, and salt. Roast 15–20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon whipped feta into a serving bowl, creating a swirl pattern.
  5. Top with roasted strawberries, mint, and chili flakes. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Notes

Serve with toasted crostini or pita chips. Perfect for brunch or appetizers.
