Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
- Whisk melted butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until combined, then fold in white chocolate chips.
- Spread evenly onto pan and bake 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.
- Microwave white chocolate chips and cream until smooth. Beat in cream cheese for ganache.
- Spread ganache over cooled brownie crust. Add toppings and chill 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra shine, drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
