Ingredients
  

Brownie Crust
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 4 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
White Chocolate Ganache
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened

Equipment

  • Baking pan or pizza pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  2. Whisk melted butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until combined, then fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Spread evenly onto pan and bake 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.
  5. Microwave white chocolate chips and cream until smooth. Beat in cream cheese for ganache.
  6. Spread ganache over cooled brownie crust. Add toppings and chill 30 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra shine, drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
