Ingredients
  

Base
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
Topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 0.25 cup holiday sprinkles red and green

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Mixing spoon

  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Fold in crispy rice cereal until coated.
  6. Press mixture gently into prepared pan.
  7. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top.
  8. Add sprinkles and allow to set before cutting.

Notes

Do not overheat marshmallows for best texture.
