Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in semi-sweet and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and add sprinkles.
Notes
For extra sparkle, use edible glitter or pearlized sugar on top of the white chocolate drizzle.
