Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate chips
Decoration
  • 0.5 cup white chocolate melted for drizzle
  • blue and silver sprinkles for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Fold in semi-sweet and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 10–12 minutes.
  8. Cool on baking sheet, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and add sprinkles.

Notes

For extra sparkle, use edible glitter or pearlized sugar on top of the white chocolate drizzle.
