Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.25 tsp peppermint extract
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Add frozen bananas, yogurt, and coconut milk to a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes, shredded coconut, sweetener, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust peppermint extract carefully to avoid overpowering the smoothie.
