Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
Wraps
  • 12 leaves lettuce
  • 0.5 cup carrots shredded
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
Sauce
  • 0.33 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add spices.
  2. Add shredded chicken and stir until coated.
  3. Pour in buffalo sauce and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
  5. Fill lettuce with buffalo chicken.
  6. Top with carrots, celery, and green onions.
  7. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle over wraps.
  8. Serve immediately.
