Method
- Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Place skirt steak in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Remove steak, pat dry, and grill over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
Avoid marinating more than 12 hours to prevent over-tenderizing. Slice thinly against the grain.
